so another oil company tries to make a well without following the rules and sediment fell into a nearby stream for drinking water.The bad thing is they don't even get a fine and can continue the well when they fix what they did wrong.
This is ridiculous, if you don't fine them there's no reason for them to follow the rules. Drinking water is getting destroyed for no reason.

one of the best trout streams in PA is at risk with a poultry barn being on the brink of being made. They have already spent $350,000 to clean it up once and now supervisors are voting on whether the barn should be put up tomorrow.

so it seems the EPA is going to allow pesticides to be sprayed near streams, risking the purity of the water and the fish in it. It seems bad news comes out everyday, either oil related or water pollution, if we don't start soon there will be no environment in the future
